5th Annual Golf Tournament - July 31, 2011
Entry Fee: $80.00 per Player or $300 if you register a foursome.
Includes: Green Fees, Cart, Range Balls, Dinner after Tournament, goodie bag, door prizes, Longest drive, and Closest to the Pin.

* Four Person Scramble - Peoria or Callaway Scoring System so handicap not needed

Tournament Title Sponsor: $1,500 (One (1) Available)
Title Sponsor will have their name and Logo on all Tournament information associated with the tournament including flyers, media, web links, etc.
Title Sponsors name and logo will appear on signage at every hole
Title Sponsor will be recognized at the awards banquet and presented with a token of appreciation from the JYSF.
Title Sponsor includes eight (8) players and dinner after the tournament.
Longhorn Level Sponsor: $600 (Four (4) Available)
Longhorn Sponsors name and Logo will appear on signage on at least 4 holes.
Longhorn Sponsor will be recognized at the awards dinner and presented a token of
appreciation from the JYSF. Longhorn Sponsor includes four (4) players and dinner after the tournament.
Orange Level Sponsor: $275 (Eighteen (18) Available)
Orange Sponsors name and logo will appear on signage at one hole (holes will be assigned on a first come, first served basis).
